Basic assistance included with your purchase
We can help with accessing or downloading your workbook, opening it in Microsoft Excel, finding your way around the eight worksheets, entering information, using dropdowns, and reporting a workbook problem.
How to contact War Cry support
Send a message to admin@warcrybusiness.com with the subject War Cry Toolkit Support. Please include a brief description of your question and your order number if available. Never send payment card details or passwords.
Compose a War Cry support email in Gmail (requires a Gmail account), or copy the address above into your preferred email service.
Advanced services
Personalized Excel training, business consulting, workbook customization, and extended one-on-one guidance are not included with the $29 workbook. Advanced video training and expanded email support may be offered separately through a future paid membership; that membership is not currently available.
Toolkit use and sharing
Your purchase permits you to use and edit the Toolkit for your own business's internal operations. You may keep backup and working copies and share them with people working within that same business. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, or provide the blank or modified template to outside customers as a product. Contact admin@warcrybusiness.com for permission covering other uses.
Digital purchases and refunds
This purchase supplies one downloadable Excel workbook, not a physical item. Review the format and software requirements before purchasing. If the file is missing, damaged, or does not match the description, contact admin@warcrybusiness.com with your order number. We will help resolve the issue and provide a replacement file or refund where appropriate. Change-of-mind refunds are not offered after successful download, except where required by applicable law. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
